Very pleased with the scooter, it arrived on time and it’s a lot of fun!

I wish someone would make a metal valve stem that would fit the mantis 8 i have had 3 flat tires now and it’s been the valve stem every time, but than again i need to stay on the side walk to, all and all I’m happy with the mantis 8 👍

I’ve had a lot of scooters over the years. I’ve had small scooters and I’ve worked my way up larger and larger last scooter I had was a zero 10 X, which I’ve had for three years and put almost 800 miles on but this scooter is in a completely different class in the build quality and power, that it possesses best ride ever on a scooter.

I barely use the lock but when I have it’s ok. I rather not lock my scooter I’d rather take it with me

Works great and it's adjustable. Solid build and has a fan. Great charger.

Semi-new to the scooter community and only had my first one a few weeks before I was ready to upgrade to this machine. I call it my tactical scooter but it is very forgiving and easy to adjust too in no time. Very beginner friendly with all the advanced settings and modes. Happy with it so far and I don’t think I will need another scooter as I will grow into this one. Easy transaction and shipping was great.

My scooter had it rough due to the environment of my location. Though initially, it was quite frustrating as I wasn't able to find a shop nearby that could provide repairs. The customer service of fluidfreeride has remained professional and understanding of my situation for *OVER SIX MONTHS!!!* They continued to reply to my email in a very timely manner, scheduled multiple calls, and provided various different solutions to my complicated problem!!! I was able to converse with different divisions of their departments to keep finding a way to fix my scooter, and I wholeheartedly appreciate their dedication to the quality of the user experience!!!

I gave this 3 stars because the scooter itself is a 5 star experience. But the yearly or semi yearly tire pop is a 1 star experience...especially when you factor in that they NEVER seem to have replacement tire tubes available. Always sold out. Ive had this scooter for 2 and a half years. And both times in the summer, this one and last my tire has gone flat. I ride only on the sidewalks and am responsible enough to avoid objects in the road. These tubes seem to pop too easily and theres no other option besides waiting months on end to get a new tube because they are always sold out. Both summers i have been unable to enjoy riding my scooter around town during the funnest time of the year. Its a shame. If you decide to get this scooter keep this in mind.

I was happy that when I summit a complaint about the screen on my scooter having problems. They just sent me a new one to fix the problem immediately. I’m in love with the mosquito scooter. I wish I could afford one for all my friends and family members

I purchased my Horizon a month ago. I have used it everyday weather allowed and it's amazing ! I am a 53 yr old man but this PEV makes me feel like a kid again.(can't say "scooter" w/out feeling as if testosterone leaves my body up utterance!) LOL

I weigh 195 and it Max's out at 24 mph on flat straight away and 15% inclines at 15 mph or more. Range on 10.4 Amp is 23 miles. I wish I had gone with larger battery. That's my only regret since purchasing. If your on the fence..buy it! You will thank me later!

Great scooter. It tackles basically any terrain I take it to. Very consistent. Feels great, not too bumpy. Lights are very bright although I wish they had a bar light that had a spread effect, rather than a centered light. Brakes are awesome. The only problem I had with the scooter is that the rear plastic mud flap that connects the rear light was cracked.

I've rode my Horizon fast and hard for a year and a half, crashed it a few times, with no problems to the scooted besides a scratch or two, but IT WILL hurt like hell,, u could break bones or get a concussion(like i did)(if u plan on riding fast get a helmet and u should always act like ur invisible to automobiles). Because the vehicle will always win. And if u get a scooter that doesn't go faster then 20 mph don't try bypass the system to make it faster because the first time u crash going only 15 mph it's going to hurt and hurt bad.

Idk how many times having my backpack on when i crashed saved me from really hurting myself (I RIDE MY SCOOTER REALLY HARD I PUSH IT TO PEAK PERFORMANCE).

AND BESIDES DESIGNING THEIR SCOOTERS IN THE UNITED STATES THEY'RE ALSO MANUFACTURED IN MIAMI FLORIDA UNLIKE MOST OTHER SCOOTERS THAT ARE DESIGNED IN THE UNITED STATES BUT MANUFACTURED IN CHINA, AND DONT BUY FROM AMAZON, AMAZON SOLD ME TWO DIFFERENT SCOOTERS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE BRAND NEW BUT WERE REFURBISHED AND I DIDNT KNOW UNTIL I HAD TO TAKE THEM APART BECAUSE SOMETHING WASNT WORKING RIGHT AND I LITERALLY FOUND NUTS THAT WEREN'T EVEN ON THE BOLT AND MISSING SCREWS INSIDE THE CIRCUIT BOARD.

I bought the Mantis Pro V2 and love this scooter; it has transformed my commute from three carsick hours on public transport to an hour of pure joy and speed - sometimes I take the long way just to enjoy the ride a little longer. As a woman in her mid-50s, I am well outside the usual scope of Mantis V2 riders but I appreciate build quality and performance, both of which this scooter has in spades.

I commute in San Francisco so I needed a scooter that could safely power me up and down some pretty steep hills (over 20% grades) which I now regularly scoot up at 25mph. There is some smugness as I fly past lesser scooters walking in disappointment...

Yes, it is heavy and I do haul it up and down 18 steps everyday but it is manageable and well worth it. With the wide deck and sturdy stem, it feels stable even at higher speeds, rough streets and emergency stops.

For which I should say, pay attention to the ride safety videos out there before you take it out because the acceleration is blistering if you are not prepared and it will come out from under you or try to if you stand up straight and hit the brakes without shifting your weight back properly. You cannot ride this thing passively like a rental scooter, you need to pay attention and be proactive.

The high mounted light makes it more visible to drivers, at least they seem to take more notice of me. The turn indicators and brake lights (which flash when you are stopped and holding the brake lever down) also appear to be also noticed and respected by car drivers. At least I have not come close to being run over, yet. You do need to take the time to adjust the controls to your liking so you can operate them by feel.

All in all, I am well pleased with this scooter after some 65 miles and have only one complaint that they would move away from the trigger finger throttle which I find a bit tiresome and awkward with my small hands. Otherwise, it is fast and powerful for the steepest of hills I want to go up, it will stop on a dime, it is maneuverable and feels stable on the roughest roads and is just a pleasure to ride.

Awesome charger! Love how I can adjust the amperage. Slow charge or fast charge when needed and the ability to have it stop charging at 80 or 90% is awesome. The built in fan keeps it cool as well. Love it!

This machine is solid as a rock and the acceleration and torque is massive.The 60V 35Ah battery seems to run forever compared to what I am used to. So. I'm blown away by the fact, that you wont accept money from me. Thats the opposite of what a business is supposed to do. Very confused. Never heard of a business that can't take debt/credit cards.

My ride to work is awesome. This is my first ever electric scooter.

After an unfortunate encounter with an unseen dip on the path, we needed a new T Bar. Even though it was out of warranty period, the company offers half off replacement items for registered scooters, so that was awesome! It was shipped and received in a timely fashion. Installation went smoothly.
